Bit of a problem ,hope some Bridge House loyal,can solve,The picture of Jim Hunter,above,i have now been informed could be Jim Mitchell,Another great performer,
any ideas anyone

Hi Terry....I can confirm that the picture is of Jim Mitchell....A really good singer in the vein of Joe Cocker

"The Reluctant Schoolboys" cannot remember this name ,does seem familiar.,they did come up with a few different names even after i put the adds in M,Maker,they would arrive and say we have change our name so you could be right,Regards Terry M

Lea Hart (Barry Hart) Slowbone , Roll Ups..The name of the band he played in with ex Bay City Roller guitarist and singer was the Ian Mitchell Band....

Who remembers Zaine Griff ,real name Glen Mickleson, he fronted Screemer before going on to change the bands
 name and line up ,to ZAINE GRIFF,in this picture we have from the right Bernie Clarke keyboards Dave Flett ,(manfreds guitarist)
Mark Pinder ,Drums after this they formed The Sprinklers with a new lead vocalist.And Glen continued for a while the went to New Zealand
and became a golf professional.he was a good golfer he and  his  Manager and me and Joe Lucy use to have a 4 ball over Ilford Gold club,in the afternoon before the gigs.T.M

Jeff Peters,ex Joe Browns Bruvvers,then Slowbone,and Roll Ups,not only great rock bands but a lot of comedy

we had a nice day out last Monday at B.H.2 a documentary that  begins with  the Cockney Rejects.and there time at the Bridge house were they started there careers,Mick Gegus was asking and answering many questions Son Darren(wasted Youth) and Lee Dury (erazerhead)Tony Nicholls
 Jeff Eilis had his camera with him and took some picture that he has posted on the web site  www.thebridgehouseE16.com .have a look.This is a big production.and will be on some main T.V channels There is a lot of stories of the bridge from it foundation from 1934 when it was built until its demolish in 2002. so watch this space Regards Terry M
