Cheers Terry.......yes  my late dad (Pat) also used to go to the over 60's keep fit, at the leisure centre  always said how Sarah was the one who used to get the old un's running round the track at Terence Macmillan  !!.

And he always commented on how Sarah was always the most pleasant one there.
 Best wishes to Marie.
Thanks Terry

HI Oggy.sorry you old dads gone,
another problem for all us canning towners and sportmen alike .
THe publican in the Black Lion  in Plaistow ,who owns the West Ham boxing club Gymnasium, which is at the rear of the pub, wants to raized it to the ground when the lease expires in a couple of years time.and build a block of flats,he is prepared to let the boxing club use the cellar of the pub as there new premises,Which is completely out of the question, being much smaller than the gym they are in now,So there is a petition being sent to the council planning office to oppose the application, you can log you objection via the link below quoting ref,09/00370/FUL.

PLEASE ALSO SIGN THE ONLINE PETITION By The Club

Thank one and all we have got to keep our kids of the streets Terry M
