I believe Andy was going to drum for them at one point ,so he may also have info on the band . I remember Giovani Dadomo , journalist and co writer of the damneds just can't be happy today and there ain't no sanity clause , was on vocals .
I've got a casette with some of their demos on , i think i remember patti palladin was on the demo aswell ?! ,in a cupboard at my parents place back in the uk ,also some october revolution demos ,soft pulse demos and some of kens home recordings . I'll try and get them sent out to me so i can put them on a cd and send them to you if i wish.
I may also have some flyers around somewhere , will see if i can hunt them out and see what info is on them .

Thanks Paul, that would be great, the demo of Kens songs would be good also,i think he was/is a good songwriter, I maybe able to get someone to cover some of the songs, via my publishing company.anything you have would be handy,I can return all to you.

i realise this take time and trouble,i will find a way to thank you, if you will do as you said.

Hello Terry, I saw Mick yesterday. He is thinking of getting the October Revolution boys back together and sounded me out. I asked him about the tapes that you have and he said that he doesnt want them released as he is still working on them. Unfortunately Mick has also lost touch with Andy, which makes it even harder to contact Ken.

Hi Lee,
Really sorry to say that Mick died today/last night. His mum went to wake him this morning and found him. Obviously she is totally distraught, and currently on her own with no support although she may have someone from social services keeping an eye on her as she was unwell recently. I was in The Famous Monsters with Mick and have known him since the early 80's.

I can fill you all in on the Famous Monsters but now is not the right time.  There is an inquest on Friday and I'll speak to Micks mum tomorrow morning.

In the meantime my sympathies go to Micks family and friends. Rest in Peace mate x

Tom

Tom,
What can I say.
Mick had just offered to give my son Joe guitar lessons and wanted to help me out with some stuff.
I have emailed Rocco, Ken, and Jeff Wilmott. I will be seeing Darren and Jeff Ellis soon so will make sure that all his old friends know what is happening.
Does anyone have a contact for Steve Pear?
Lee.

Thanks for passing the word on Lee, I have no contact details for steve but hopefully if we all tell people who know Mick word will get round.  i will try to be in touch with Betty on a daily basis and let you all know what happens as things develop.

I don't mean to be presumptious but I reckon anything we can do to help out Betty would be appreciated  - she's not well herself, her brother died fairly recently and micks brother (who has special needs and lives away in a residential home) is also sick.  Doesn't rain does it!
